This professional will play a key role in client acquisition, demonstrating headhunting services, conducting effective business closures, identifying specific client profile needs, and carrying out recruitment processes to find ideal candidates.
Challenges you would face
- Identify and prospect potential clients across various sectors
- Effectively present headhunting and consulting services
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Manage the complete closure process, from negotiation to contract signing
- Conduct interviews and meetings with clients to thoroughly understand their recruitment needs
- Analyze key position profiles and define specific search criteria
- Identify and evaluate qualified candidates
- Provide personalized service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Participate in salary negotiations and offer drafting

- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience in consultancy and Head Hunting
- Solid experience in recruitment and selection
