Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Advertising Operations Specialist to join our established American company in the digital advertising sector. Their operations specialist will be responsible for consulting on and executing digital add channels, campaign and platform strategies for our enterprise clients across industries. This role is aligned at key stakeholder & execution levels, building strong relationships to help customers progress on their digital journey with this company.
Challenges you would face
- Analyzing customer performance data and building executable, cross-channel strategies to grow their revenue and reach
- Partner with CSM to understand their brand goals, assess their capabilities and provide recommendations to help them accelerate their business and technology objectives
- Develop an understanding and knowledge of customer’s channel strategies, and guide best practices with our product
- Proactively identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work to build a risk mitigation plan
- Deliver business value and innovation to a customer’s business by understanding our customers’ key business challenges
- Work collaboratively with the account team and HYP executives across the organization, effectively network within accounts from the Executive
- Level down, in order to help customers achieve their objectives
- Act as the liaison between Product and the Customer with a focus on feature collaboration and communicating the feature roadmaps in a balanced "one-versus-many" approach required by the SaaS model
- Collaborate with customer's relevant partners to achieve overall satisfaction with the solution and to create a trusted three way partnership between customer, partner, and HYP
- Coaching the next generation of HYP Strategists on platform technologies and strategies
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, growth and retention within customer portfolio
The ideal candidate
- 3 years+ of professional experience, with 1 year+ of experience in SaaS/enterprise software, Success, Account Management/Ad Operations, Client Services &/or Digital Agency is required
- Experience in digital channel marketing strategies and tactics; media and advertising (search & display) is required
- Expert level of understanding in programmatic technologies, GMP (DV360, SA360, GTM, GA, CM) as well as other social and ecomm marketing platforms
- Bachelors' degree in a related field
- Strong consulting skills and proven results working to drive business value for customers
- Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations across levels
- Ability to quickly grasp explain technological and business concepts
- Passion for marketing technology, working with cool people and making a true impact is an absolute must
- Experience working with distributed teams required
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and virtual customer-facing presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions as part of team in a matrix environment
- Success working in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment with a rapidly growing Company
