Overview

Our client is seeking a Client Product Specialist to bridge the gap between client requirements and internal team execution. This role demands strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and excellent communication abilities.

Challenges you would face

  • Oversee and manage all client communications across various channels including calls, chats, and email
  • Assist clients with basic technical issues, guiding them through solutions and leveraging an understanding of JavaScript and programming logic
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and clear communication, creating well-defined tasks based on client requests and keeping internal and external trackers up-to-date
  • Own and manage the implementation and updates of client-specific financial rules and calculations within the workflow builder
  • Follow and help establish best practices for crisis management, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client issues
  • Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize client requests and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring all client needs are addressed promptly

The ideal candidate

  • Proven client management experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technical knowledge, comfortable discussing and troubleshooting software products
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and basic programming concepts
  • Ability to understand and implement complex financial logic
  • Experience using low-code tools and working with financial institutions is highly preferred
