This role offers an opportunity to lead a talented team while being hands-on in coding and solving complex rendering challenges using TypeScript, React, Reactflow, and canvas. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, an expert coder, and passionate about delivering high-quality frontend solutions.

Challenges you would face

• Write high-quality, scalable code using TypeScript and React, tackling advanced rendering tasks
• Implement and manage complex state management systems to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Optimize frontend components for rendering and data fetching to enhance application performance
• Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth
• Collaborate closely with other team leads and management to align frontend development with product strategy
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies to continuously improve team capabilities

The ideal candidate

• Extensive experience with TypeScript and React
• Proven ability to implement and simplify state management in React applications
• Strong skills in optimizing frontend performance
• Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding engineers
• Experience implementing unit tests and end-to-end tests
• Familiarity with setting up frontend observability and monitoring
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, excellence-driven environment
