Overview

Our client is seeking a Legal Admin Assist to support the Legal team, with a focus on managing contracts and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the legal processes within a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in handling contracts, maintaining documentation, and providing administrative support to the legal department.

Challenges you would face

  • Initiate and manage DocuSign processes for all contracts
  • Maintain and organize the contract repository (CLM), including filing, editing, and managing contract renewals
  • Assist the Legal team in monitoring the contract lifecycle
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal team on various department-related matters
  • Occasionally translate documents from Spanish to English

The ideal candidate

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Experience as a legal administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with commercial contracts such as NDAs, leases, and service agreements
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with DocuSign
