Overview

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Consulting Delivery Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of Salesforce solutions, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring the successful execution of transformative projects. The ideal candidate will drive the creation and implementation of innovative strategies, collaborate with practice leaders and solution architects, and utilize Salesforce to deliver customized experiences for clients.

Challenges you would face

  • Propose solutions tailored to client needs based on the Salesforce ecosystem and complementary solutions
  • Coordinate interactions with the Project Management Office to ensure alignment between Delivery and Project Management teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Advise clients and colleagues on technical architecture solutions, including integrations, governance limits, and object modeling in the Salesforce environment and other technical platforms
  • Leverage other areas of the team, including experts in agile prototyping, transformation, and digital design, to provide distinctive service to clients
  • Lead the delivery of various projects to the highest standards, ensuring support from the team and client network
  • Work directly with clients and share expertise and ideas with colleagues, expanding knowledge and refining approaches in the Salesforce field

The ideal candidate

  • Relevant professional experience, accustomed to acting as the liaison between business and CRM technology in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Over 7 years of experience leading consulting or implementation teams
  • Executive presentations and effective communication on cloud architectures and Salesforce with C-Level executives
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, & dev ops) adapted to CRM
  • Some understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, among others) and the use of AI applied in business
  • Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate competence in both product and domain
  • Patient listener with the ability to articulate viewpoints clearly to manage and meet client expectations, even under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels of an organization
  • Leadership of an interdisciplinary group of professionals in consulting, development, and data science
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
