Overview

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage and support their ServiceNow platform. This role involves maintaining workflows, providing system updates, and collaborating with various IT and business teams to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Challenges you would face

  • Support, maintain, and update ServiceNow workflows and applications
  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team and other IT teams to ensure system stability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, using problem-solving methodologies
  • Manage system updates and ensure high availability of ServiceNow solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and fulfill business requirements

The ideal candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration or support
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in IT service management principles and ITIL
  • Experience with scripting and coding in ServiceNow (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Strong knowledge of database management and data modeling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
