With significant funding from top-tier VCs and a strong client base of financial institutions and banks in the United States, this dynamic company is poised for limitless growth. They are seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to lead the launch of their loan origination product with clients. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of 3-month implementation cycles, requiring a blend of technical expertise, client interaction, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting technical solutions, coding financial rules in JavaScript, and ensuring all client specifications are met within agreed timelines.
Challenges you would face
- Collaborate with solutions architect and engineering leads to implement technical solutions that integrate seamlessly into client systems, focusing on financial and loan origination rules
- Develop and implement client-specific financial rules using JavaScript, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in coding
- Engage daily with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with their operational goals
- Manage timelines, resources, and scope to ensure project milestones are met, and implementations are delivered on time
- Work closely with the engineering team to align technical solutions with overall project objectives, ensuring smooth deployments and functionality
- Maintain detailed documentation of all implementations and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders

- Strong technical background with experience in architecting and implementing solutions in a client-facing role
- Proficient in JavaScript, with the ability to code complex financial rules accurately
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading projects from inception to completion
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both clients and internal teams
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
