Our client is looking for a 8x8 Expert to streamline system efficiency, manage technical integrations, provide advanced training, and resolve complex technical issues. The role focuses on optimizing the performance of the 8x8 platform and supporting users through training and troubleshooting in a remote working environment.

Challenges you would face

• Optimize the performance and functionality of the 8x8 platform
• Manage and implement technical integrations between 8x8 and other systems or platforms
• Provide advanced training to users at varying levels of expertise
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations
• Document processes, solutions, and best practices for future use

The ideal candidate

• 3+ years of experience working with 8x8 platform optimization and integration
• Strong understanding of technical integrations and system efficiencies
• Experience in training and supporting users on complex systems
• Functional proficiency in English for communication
• Excellent problem-solving skills for addressing technical challenges
• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment
