Business Development Representative

Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and pursue new client opportunities in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of commercial experience, strong knowledge of the sales cycle, and a proven ability to develop client relationships. This role involves working closely with the sales team to qualify leads, provide support throughout the sales process, and drive growth.

Challenges you would face

  • Identify and qualify business opportunities through market research and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase company solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support the closing process
  • Maintain an updated record of leads and opportunities in the CRM and report progress to the sales team
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to generate new contacts

The ideal candidate

  • 3+ years of commercial experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Experience with Inbound/Outbound strategies and Hunter/Farmer models
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with internal and external clients
