Overview
Our client is seeking a Content Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of video content acquisition, evaluation, cataloging, and delivery. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality content standards, managing relationships with creators and clients, and ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the intersection of creativity and technology.
Challenges you would face
- Package and deliver video content, metadata, and closed caption files in standardized formats (e.g., mp4, JSON)
- Oversee the secure upload and transfer of content to platforms like AWS S3
- Validate the integrity, usability, and completeness of delivered files
- Manage content intake by coordinating with clients on submission requirements, ensuring technical and quality standards
- Evaluate content through ranking systems, conducting manual and automated reviews for quality and relevance
- Develop and maintain a cataloging system with accurate tagging, categorization, and metadata assignment
- Ensure all content adheres to predefined guidelines, including format, quality, and thematic criteria
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client-specific licensing, content packaging, and delivery needs
- Optimize workflows, integrate automation tools, and design processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience in content management, digital asset delivery, or a related role
- Proven expertise in content quality evaluation and cataloging systems
- Familiarity with cloud storage platforms like AWS S3
- Proficiency with video and metadata standards, including closed caption files and JSON formatting
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills for client coordination and cross-functional teamwork

- Experience with ranking and scoring systems for content evaluation
