Overview
Our client is a dynamic and innovative technology startup focused on helping businesses manage risks, protect valuable assets, and seize growth opportunities. They are seeking a Head of Sales to lead revenue-generating processes across Colombia and LATAM. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO to align and integrate sales, marketing, customer service, and revenue management functions, while driving growth and customer success.
Challenges you would face
- Lead and inspire a talented sales team to foster creativity and innovation
- Collaborate with the Growth team to develop strategies for capturing high-quality leads
- Develop and implement an outbound prospecting strategy
- Train the team on world-class sales culture and proactive account management
- Create and implement an account management framework to enhance customer retention and growth
- Monitor revenue and lead generation, making adjustments to ensure sustainable growth
- Work with the product team to define product offerings and set pricing strategies
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams or initiatives
- At least 1 year of experience in technology or SaaS companies
- Proficiency in managing digital sales tools in a tech startup environment
- Strong goal-setting and achievement mindset
- Advanced English proficiency

- Experience in understanding human behavior and cultural contexts
- Passion for working in a Lean startup environment focused on experimentation and learning
