Overview

Our client is seeking a LogicMonitor Administrator to join their IT team and manage the LogicMonitor cloud-based monitoring platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the platform to ensure optimal performance and availability of the company’s IT infrastructure and applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Challenges you would face

  • Configure and maintain the LogicMonitor platform to support IT infrastructure monitoring
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to ensure optimal system uptime
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet monitoring requirements
  • Document monitoring processes, configurations, and best practices for the LogicMonitor platform
  • Adapt to and learn new monitoring tools and technologies as needed

The ideal candidate

  • 5-7 years of experience in the implementation and administration of LogicMonitor
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application monitoring best practices
  • Experience with other monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, or SolarWinds is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with programming languages like PowerShell or Python
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical

  • LogicMonitor certification or other relevant certifications
