Implementation Engineer

Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Implementation Engineer to play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality solutions for healthcare scheduling systems. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement custom components, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize client onboarding experiences. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to transforming healthcare through innovation.

Challenges you would face

• Collaborate with Implementation Project Leads to develop and implement final setup components, including custom engines and rules
• Analyze root causes of problems and resolve them efficiently with system modifications
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure engine functionality meets quality standards
• Build and implement custom rules tailored to specific customer requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during software implementation
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure outputs align with customer and company expectations
• Deliver product demos at various stages of the customer journey
• Document technical processes, configurations, and client-specific customizations

The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience in software development
• Strong understanding of software development and implementation processes
• Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare terminology
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and applying constraint satisfaction thinking
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
