Technical Product Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of their innovative low-code backend platform. This role bridges deep technical expertise with strategic product vision, enabling the creation of transformative solutions for financial services. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize complex technical features that revolutionize operations for financial institutions.

Challenges you would face

• Shape the vision and roadmap for the low-code backend platform
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear and actionable product specifications
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture and design decisions
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical features
• Define and measure key platform success metrics
• Manage sprint planning, execution, and technical dependencies
• Coordinate technical integrations and stakeholder communication

The ideal candidate

• 5+ years of product management experience with technical products
• Strong knowledge of API design, database architecture, and SQL
• Understanding of programming principles, system design, and backend development workflows
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and financial services technology
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving impactful product decisions
• Expertise in RESTful API design, authentication and security patterns, and system scalability
